ECO TANKS ~ FRIENDLY PRICING

Our eco bio wastewater treatment plants EST 4 - 15 are intended for municipal wastewater treatment from individual or rental houses for 1 to 15 people. Note: If at any stage you think you may exceed the capacity of the tank in the future, eg; have more than the reccomended people usage, now is the perfect time to upgrade to a larger size.

For example if you have two or three people living in your house an EST 6 (designed for a max of 6 people) tank will be fine, but if you intend to rent your house out or have more than 4 guests visiting you for long periods we suggest you invest in an EST 8 so the tank isn't constantly working at it's maxium capacity.

The guide prices below are for sample purposes only and prices may fluctuate depending on the ground level, access for trucks and cranes, pipe extension distance, site conditions, amount of excavation, aount of gravel for back filling, etc. For example flat even soft ground is fine, whereas rocky, elevated and sloped ground with hard to access areas will increase the final quote we send out after our surveyors inspection.

All prices include the following:

1. Supply and installion (ground work included) your desired Eco Friendly Septic Tank with CE marking + hard wire an Aerator compressor with timer and secure lid coverings (Never turn off the Aearator for long periods, 45mis ON and 15 mins OFF is ideal and is 24 hours on the timer.)

2. Start up of the Septic Tank with operating demonstration if required.

3. Archtect fees for applying for the work licence and processing the documentation to the Hydrographic Confederation of Segura to obtain the mandatory documentation, necessary for the Town hall. (Also needed to proceed with the documentation of Occupancy license/Habitation certificate if you require this.)

4. Two certificates issued, the first is emailed to you within one week of installation, the final certificate can take up to 18 - 24 months for the water board to issue theirs.

Even though our guide prices above are accurate enough we will provide a Fixed Total Price after the ONSITE inspection is carried out as every job is unique from the next. Installation will commence after written confirmation has been received by email and you have paid a 50% deposit of the invoice total, the final 50% is payable on completetion of installation.

Prior to installation you must know which direction your waste water pipe goes, know where your existing septic tank is situated and have an electric supply within reach of the new tanks position. It is always cheaper to install tanks next to your existing tank, this eliminates the need to re-route waste pipes as we can simply disconnect the inlet pipe from your old tank and extend the existing pipe to connect to the new septic tank. Sometimes this is not possible and we will need to install new pipes directly from your house if the new tank is not 5 meters from a boundary fence or we can't achiece the correct waste water fall to the tank.

An authorised septic tank with installation usually costs home owners in Spain between 12,000e and 16,000e depending on which company carries out the work.
